LOS Antenna Positioner
This Antenna Positioner is used for establishing LOS link between two communication terminals. The Antenna Positioner is fixed on top of a 18m/ 22m telescopic mast. The Positioner is required to move an antenna (Max payload 15 kgs) in azimuth and elevation axes, so as to orient towards another Line-of-Sight antenna, positioned at a different location. An Indoor Unit (IDU), loaded with a controller software program, effects the movement of the antenna positioner. The positional data of the two sites would be the input to the IDU.
Applications
- Generic Antenna Control System
- 32- Bit ARM controller Design can be tailored for other applications.
- Can optionally be interfaced with a Magnetic Compass and GPS.
