PCM Decommutator
De-commutation (Decom) system is a PC based data acquisition system with PCM Frame Synchronizer system supported by Telemetry application & data processing software. It receives Clock& Data signals from the Bit-Synchronizer. It acquires, processes, Time
tags the data, Displays the parameters as per the user requirements and logs the data locally.
